The project? After working on a number of individual projects for the Savoy Hotel, the team at the American Bar appointed Inkorporate to develop the cocktail serves for their 2017 menu… and the menu itself. The drinks were to be inspired from a UK-wide journey, taking inspiration and ingredients from different regions. We designed and manufactured five different place settings with glassware, each relating to a different region, to help tell the story of the drink and the menu. The result? After a huge launch – with lots of press – the menu had a lasting impact. Shortly after, the American Bar received one of the highest accolades in the bar industry, the title of World’s Best Bar, at the World’s 50 Best Bars awards. The team credited the presenting of their 2017 menu as the determining factor.
